Rates and Insurance

Fees for Service

My non-discounted full fee is $130 per 50-minute session. The intake session fee is $165. With my full fee, I do all the required billing to your insurance company and wait for their reimbursement. Your copay, coinsurance and/or deductible amount are due at the time of session. Longer sessions are offered at a prorated fee.

My discounted fee is $115 per 50-minute session. With this rate, you pay the full amount at the time of service. I am happy to provide you with a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Longer sessions are offered at a prorated fee.

Payment

Credit cards, cash and personal checks made payable to "Integrity Counseling" are accepted.

Online credit card payments via PayPal can be made by following the link on the left side of this page. The online credit card payments will need to be completed prior to your sessions.

Cancellations

24 hour advanced notice is required for cancellations. The scheduling of an appointment reserves time specifically for you. If a scheduled appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time a fee of $100 will be charged.
